Cancellation and refund policy

Refunds are worked out from the time left before boarding when you cancel, on the amount you paid.

Refund if you cancel

• Cancellations are not refunded.

How to cancel

• To cancel, contact customer care (+91 98765 00000 or support@mvhayathi.in). The refund follows the rules above.
• If we cancel a cruise (for example because of weather or for safety), you get a full refund or a free change to another date.
• Fees charged for changing a booking are not refundable.

Good to know

• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank refunds usually take 5 to 7 working days to reach you.
• Agent bookings are refunded through the agent who made the booking.
