Terms and conditions

These terms apply to cruises booked with MV Hayathi on this website, through our agents, at our counters or by phone.

Booking and prices

• A booking is confirmed only after full payment. You receive a boarding pass and a tax invoice.
• Prices shown before you pay include all taxes. The invoice shows the tax breakdown.

Boarding

• Please arrive at the jetty at least 30 minutes before boarding time. Boarding closes at the time on your pass.
• Carry the original photo ID you used for the booking. Guests without it may be refused boarding.
• Life jackets are provided free for every guest, including children. Follow the crew's instructions at all times.

Changes and cancellations

• See our Cancellation and refund policy.
• If we cancel a cruise (for example because of weather or for safety), you get a full refund or a free change of date.

Conduct on board

• The captain may refuse boarding or ask a guest to leave for safety reasons.
• Smoking is not allowed on board. Guests are responsible for their belongings.

Complaints

Contact customer care (+91 98765 00000, support@mvhayathi.in) or our Grievance Officer (our Grievance Officer, support@mvhayathi.in). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
